# Tokenomics & Monetization

Uptopia introduces a unique two-tier token model that creates new revenue streams for developers while fostering sustainable ecosystem growth:

* **Studio Coin:** Each studio/developer is represented by a dedicated Studio Coin, collateralized by the \$UP platform token.
* **\$UP Token:** The core token of the entire Uptopia ecosystem, used for rewards distribution and to fuel platform growth.

## Revenue Distribution

Every IAP in Uptopia creates value:

* 50% to developers
* 35% Studio Coin burn
* 15% \$UP burn

At launch, Uptopia sets up liquidity pools so tokens can trade instantly on Uniswap v4. 3% trading fees go back into the platform, burn and buybacks. This ensures smooth access for players and sustainable value for devs & tokens.
